陈鸿宾现任上海纽约大学数学助理教授。在加入上海纽约大学前，他曾在法国高等科学研究所担任博士后研究员。陈教授在纽约大学柯朗数学科学研究所获得数学博士学位，在上海纽约大学获得荣誉数学学士学位。陈教授的研究兴趣为概率论及统计物理中的随机模型。
