Nan Xu is an Assistant Professor of Practice in Economics at NYU Shanghai. She received her Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder and her B.A. in Economics from Nankai University. Her research focuses on international trade and development economics, with particular interest in how trade policy and global value chains shape economic outcomes.
